Bobby Darin had a short life, dying at age 37 of heart disease. He was most famous for the 1959 Grammy-winning "Mack the Knife" and "Dream Lover." He was married to Sandra Dee. And was a multi-talented singer, writer, and actor. He was two years older than Duane. And had his first hit in 1958, "Splish Splash" which is the same year Duane had his hit"Rebel Rouser."
